Overview

The article provides details on the application form tabs. There are two Admin Panel items that are designed to work with Client application forms:

  • The Application forms tab allows the creation of any application form for various purposes.

  • The Client application forms tab allows requesting additional information from a Client using the existing application forms.

Opening the item

Follow the steps below to browse and edit Application forms details:

  1. Navigate to the Admin Panel;

  2. Click Banking on the left sidebar;

  3. Go to the Application forms menu item;

  4. Click Show or Edit in the line of a form.

Follow the steps below to browse and edit the details of the requested form:

  1. Navigate to the Admin Panel;

  2. Click Banking on the left sidebar;

  3. Go to the Client application forms menu item;

  4. Click Answers or Edit in the line of a form.

Component parameters

Application forms

The Application forms tab demonstrates the list of the Application forms created on the platform.

Title – the column demonstrates the titles assigned to the Application forms;

Created at – the column provides the exact date and time of creation;

Actions:

  • Click Show to open the questions of the form without the ability to edit them;

  • Click Edit to open the questions of the form with the right to apply changes;

  • Click Delete to discard an Application form;

Client application forms

The Client application forms tab demonstrates the list of all clients the application forms have been assigned to.

Client– the column demonstrates the names of clients the application forms have been assigned to;

Application form - the column includes the names of the assigned Application forms;

Status – the column shows whether a form is newly created or requested. Any form can be requested again if a Client has not completed the details. See How to assign an Application form for details;

Assigned at – date and time of the first request creation;

Action:

  • Click Answers to open the details provided by a Client without the ability to edit them

  • Click Edit to open the details provided by a Client with the right to apply changes (it is recommended to use the option only in case of emergency);

  • Click Delete to discard the request;

Configuring the component

Once an Application form is created, it is possible to edit its details at any moment.

Title defines the name of the application form;

Description includes an additional message that would be seen by a Client when receiving the form;

Url – the Application form link is to be sent to the Client’s email. Generated outside of the Crassula platform;

Question – the field includes the Application form questions. The number of questions included is not limited;

Question title – a question is to be entered in the field (language is not restricted);

Question description – additional comment to the question that would be seen by a Client;

Question type defines whether the question is presented in a form of text or alternative selection;

  • The Text question type does not require additional details - a client will be provided with a field to enter their answer.

  • The Select question type requires answer options to be preset.

Add question – allows creating one more question and supplying it to the form.
