BIC validation

Now bank details, such as name, address, and country, can be retrieved from a BIC code and autofilled when creating a payment in the Web Interface.

Fees

In some cases, an error occurred when creating a recurring fee for Any currency. The issue is fixed.

Web Interface

The Drafts page could fail to load right after draft creation. Now the issue is fixed.
