Payment confirmation access role

The new Send action is implemented for the Client transfer access role. Now it is possible to define whether the role allows to confirm payments made in the Web Interface.

Now the Client field is mandatory when opening accounts in the Admin Panel.

Administrative Panel

Now the Not found page is opened when accessing a transaction that no longer exists.
