Your Journey with Crassula
The onboarding process is straightforward and supported by your Crassula manager.
1. Complete Setup and Branding
Submit your onboarding form and brand assets.
Receive demo and production environment credentials.
Configure initial system settings.
The configuration depends on your product offering and is handled individually. Contact our Support team for guidance.
2. Learn the Admin Panel
The Admin Panel is your back-office hub. From here, you can:
Onboard and manage clients.
Configure fees, limits, tiers, and roles.
Create and monitor transactions.
Access reports, statements, and system logs.

3. Enable Core Features
Set up features that match your product offering:
Crassula Core: Core banking functionality for account management, balances, ledgers, and transaction processing.
Crassula Hub: The integration layer that connects your products with external providers (banking, payments, KYC, AML, communications) and enables embedded finance use cases.
Crassula Cards: Tools for launching and managing card products (physical, virtual, prepaid, branded) and their pricing structures.
Crassula Crypto: A crypto banking module supporting wallets, custody, transfers, exchange flows, and compliance (Travel Rule, monitoring).
Crassula Apps: Ready-made user interfaces (web, mobile, admin) built on top of the Crassula API, customizable for branding and customer experience.

Your system comes pre-integrated with many providers. You can enable and configure these based on your license and agreement.
