Crassula Release Week 1-2

core v.25.12.8-26.01.3
client v.25.12.3-26.01.1

Improvements

AML&KYC

At the end of 2025, the Unlimit provider introduced updated KYC requirements that affected the ability to open new accounts and issue cards. To preserve account-opening capabilities for existing Unlimit clients, a new internal system setting, verification.post_kyc_link, has been introduced.

A Generate Post KYC Link button has been added to the Person profile in the Admin Panel. The button is available when:

  • The client has previously completed KYC via Sumsub,

  • A Sumsub applicantId exists,

  • The verification.post_kyc_link setting is enabled.

When triggered, the button generates a temporary URL that can be manually shared with the client to complete the updated KYC flow.

Batch payments

The maximum supported batch file size has been increased from 500 to 5,000 transactions.

Crypto travel rule

Support for Crypto Travel Rule checks via Sumsub has been extended to incoming crypto transactions. Previously, only outgoing transactions were covered. As part of this update, a new Frozen column has been added to the Admin Panel under Banking → Transactions.

Payments

  • Recall functionality is now supported for SEPA Instant transactions processed via the ClearBank EU provider.

  • Andorra has been added to the list of supported destinations for SEPA transfers. SEPA payments to Andorra are now available for the following providers: Clear Junction, Inventi, OpenPayd, Railsbank, Modulr, Skaleet, None, and Default.

  • Handling of the following incoming transaction types has been improved: Recall Request, Payment Return, and Resolution of Investigation. The system now searches for the original transaction using both transactionId and externalTransactionId. This ensures incoming returns are correctly synchronized with Crassula when the original transaction cannot be found by provider ID alone.

  • BIC handling has been improved for incoming transactions processed via the Inventi provider. If the received BIC exceeds the supported length, extra characters are now trimmed automatically. Previously, such transactions failed to be created.

  • For SEPA Instant and SEPA Credit payments via Inventi, the system now checks IBAN eligibility with the provider before sending the payment. If the recipient bank does not support SEPA Instant, the payment is automatically sent as a SEPA Credit Transfer instead.

  • Payment processing has been updated for the Confirmation of Payee (CoP) when the Account type not supported for CoP (ACNS) error occurs. If the user accepts the associated risk, the payment now proceeds instead of being automatically declined.

PEP&Sanctions

The Politically Exposed Person (PEP) screening functionality has been restored. This feature was previously removed and announced in [2025] Crassula Release Week 47.

Transaction monitoring

New transaction monitoring statuses have been introduced to support GFS and Payall webhooks and improve KYT velocity calculations:

  • Manually Accepted (code 9)

  • Manually Rejected (code 10)

Fixes
