Onboarding

Overview

The Onboarding functionality allows White Labels to add an extra informative window with custom onboarding instructions to the Banking Web Interface.

The informative window is shown on sign-up after the client type is selected and before entering personal details. The solution provides the following benefits:

  • Custom content: For example, when a client selects a business profile for opening, the onboarding window may include the list of details to be provided and the requirement of opening a company holder’s profile first.

  • Ability to cancel registration: The informative window is followed by the sign-up form only if the client agrees to proceed.

  • Sharable links: Clients can share the instructions with others who need to complete the registration process (for example, share the info with the company director).

Opening the item

Follow the steps below to see active onboarding instructions :

  1. Navigate to the Admin Panel.

  2. Click Application on the left sidebar.

  3. Go to the Onboarding menu item to open the list of active instructions.

  4. Click Edit in the instructions line to open its details.

How to create onboarding instructions

To create onboarding instructions

  1. Navigate to Application>Onboarding of the Administrative Panel.

  2. Click Add New in the top-right corner of the Onboarding tab.

  3. Select one of the following client types from the Client Type drop-down menu:

    1. Person: The onboarding instructions will be shown to those clients who open individual accounts. Only one onboarding message can be created for the client type.

    2. Company: The onboarding instructions will be shown to those clients who open corporate accounts on sign-up or using the Add new company functionality in profile settings. Only one onboarding message can be created for the client type.

  4. Enter the onboarding message in the Text field. The content will be visible to clients.

  5. Add internal details in the Comment field. The content will be visible to administrators in the list of active instructions.

  6. Click Create to confirm the changes.

  7. The onboarding window will be shown when creating new profiles.

The Text field supports Markdown for more precise text formatting. Refer to Markdown Guide for more details.

Only the director of a company can apply for a business account registrtaion.

Please note that if you are not a company director, 
your application will be rejected.
