Country groups

The functionality is under deployment. Country groups will be available for Checkboxes, Price lists and Limits in further releases.

Overview

The Country groups section offers White Labels a functionality to categorize their clients based on geographical locations. This feature allows White Labels to create custom country groups, each comprising a specific list of countries defined by the administrator. Subsequently, administrators can leverage these country groups to filter clients and enforce various rules tailored to each country group.

The solution provides the following benefits:

  • Tailored Country Categorization: White Label administrators can strategically categorize clients by country, fostering a more localized approach to client management and enabling White Labels to adapt their offerings to diverse markets seamlessly.

  • Dynamic Client Filtering: With the ability to filter clients by country groups, White Labels can streamline their operations and tailor services to meet the specific needs of clients in different geographical regions.

  • Customized Rules and Documents: Administrators can assign unique price lists, limits, and other rules for each country group. This level of customization extends to legal documents, allowing White Labels to present different terms based on the client's geographical location, ensuring compliance with regional regulations.

Opening the item

Follow the steps below to access Country groups:

  1. Navigate to the Admin Panel.

  2. Click Administration on the left sidebar.

  3. Click Country groups to open the list of active country groups.

  4. Click Show to open the details of a corresponding country group.

How to create a Country group

To add a new country group

  1. Navigate to the Country groups menu item.

  2. The list of active country groups will be opened.

  3. Click Add New in the top-right corner.

  4. Set a Name for the country group

  5. Define the list of countries included in the group:

    1. Start typing a country name in the Countries field.

    2. Select the country from the suggested drop-down list.

  6. Set the Active checkbox if you need to activate the group right after creation. The parameter can be disabled in the Edit mode.

  7. Set the Legal checkbox to enable the country group for legal documents. If set, it will be possible to assign a legal document to the country group. The parameter can be disabled in the Edit mode

  8. Click Create to save the new country group.

Parameter

Description

Name

Defines the country group name.

Countries

Defines the list of countries included in the country group.

Active

Defines whether the group is activated.

Legal

Defines whether the country group is enabled for Legal documents.

Created at

Date and time when the group was created.

Action

  • Click Show to open the country group details without the ability to edit them.

  • Click Edit to open the country group details with the right to apply changes.

  • Click Delete to remove the country group from the list.
