Opening the item
Follow the steps below to see the list of merchant staff:
Navigate to the Admin Panel.
Click eCommerce on the left sidebar.
Go to the Merchant staff menu item to open the list.
Follow the steps below to browse staff profile details:
Navigate to the Admin Panel.
Click eCommerce on the left sidebar.
Go to the Merchant staff menu item.
Click Show or Edit in a line to open the corresponding details.
Component parameters
Parameter | Description |
---|---|
Id | the column demonstrates unique profile numbers in the Crassula system, if applicable |
Merchant | the column includes the merchant’s name the personnel is assigned to. Click a merchant’s name to see Merchant profile details. See Merchants for details |
First name | the first name of a merchant staff |
Last name | the last name of a merchant staff |
the email address set as the main contact for a staff | |
Enabled | defines whether the role status is Enabled or Disabled |

Filters | search for staff profiles by names, companies, access roles, and status; multiple-choice is available:

Add new | create a new staff member manually. An existing access role is required. If the prerequisite is not registered yet, see Access roles (eCommerce) for details. |
Help | Click to access the current page right from the Admin Panel. |
Configuring the component
The Staff profile page defines the information on the merchant personnel.
Parameter | Description |
---|---|
Merchant | The Merchant name to assign the personnel to. |
First name | The first name of a merchant staff. |
Last name | The last name of a merchant staff. |
The email address set as the main contact for the staff. | |
Locale | Language environment of the merchant staff. |
Access roles | The roles applied to the person (multiple roles are possible). |
Enabled | Defines whether the role status is Enabled or Disabled. Select the check box if you want to deactivate the access role. |
Help | Click to access the current page right from the Admin Panel. |
Useful tips
Remember to grant access roles to decision-makers of a merchant (for example, a CEO or an accountant)
