Requests

Overview

The Requests tab is designed for crypto-currency exchange. The main list includes all exchange requests created by Clients via the White label service. The requests are presented in the exchange process as follows:

  1. A Client creates a request for cryptocurrency exchange using a White label service.

  2. The request is demonstrated in the Requests tab.

  3. The Client deposits the exchanged amount to the account/address provided by the White label.

  4. Once the sum is successfully transferred to the account/address, the transaction is demonstrated in the Transactions tab. See Transactionsfor details.

  5. The White label administrator monitors the transactions received, identifies the Client, and confirms the request.

  6. Once the request is confirmed, an order is created and demonstrated in the Orders tab. The target currency is transferred to the Client’s account/address according to the corresponding order details. See Ordersfor details.

Opening the item

Follow the steps below to see the list of requests:

  1. Navigate to the Admin Panel

  2. Click Exchange on the left sidebar

  3. Go to the Requests menu item to open the List

Follow the steps below to browse request details:

  1. Navigate to the Admin Panel

  2. Click Exchange on the left sidebar

  3. Go to the Requests menu item

  4. Click a request ID in the Id column to open the request details

Component parameters

Parameter

Description

Id

The column demonstrates the unique request identification numbers.

External ID

The column shows unique external identification number provided by the White label service.

Client

External user Id (if provided).

Currency

The currency pair requested.

Amount

The requested sum in the corresponding currency.

Rate

The exchange rate of the currency pair at the moment of request creation.

Type

Defines whether a buy or sell order is requested.

Payment method

The column shows the payment method of the deposit transaction:

  • Empty (Any) – the fee is applied for all exchange orders;

  • Card – the fee is applied for exchange transactions that are charged from a Client’s external card;

  • Sepa - the fee is applied for exchange transactions that are charged from a Client’s external account;

  • Skrill - the fee is applied for exchange transactions that are charged from a Client’s Skrill wallet;

  • Neteller - the fee is applied for exchange transactions that are charged from a Client’s Neteller wallet.

Status

The request processing status:

  • New

  • Pending

  • Payment received

  • Payment failed

  • Order created

  • Refunded

  • Canceled

  • Approved

  • Error

  • Decline

  • Completed

Created at

Date and time of request creation.

Processed at

The last date and time when the request status was changed.

Assignee

The Administrator responsible for the request processing.

Action

  • Click Assign to set an Administrator to monitor the request processing

  • Click Approve to confirm the request and create an order to complete the currency exchange.

  • Click Cancel to change the request status to Canceled.

Filters

Search for orders by certain parameters. Search is filtered by the aforementioned parameters, including the following (multiple-choice is available):

  • From currency—a unique currency code defining the exchanged currency;

  • To currency—a unique currency code defining the target currency;

  • Buy market price—market/limit;

  • Wallet address—the wallet address the deposit transaction will be transferred from;

  • External partner Id (if provided);

  • Partner Id (if provided);

  • Secondary ID—an additional external identification number used by some service providers and operators.

Configuring the component

The Request details panel allows the user to browse additional parameters.

Details

The field includes the parameters from the main list and the following:

  • Rate without fee – the basic exchange fee received from the service provider that does not include the Markup fee;

  • Provider fee – additional service provider fee applied to the exchange transaction (optional);

  • Total amount – the amount in the target currency that is to be received by the Client after all fees are charged;

  • Buy market price – defines whether the exchange is requested to be executed according to market prices. If the parameter is set to No, a limit order is requested.

Additional data

The field includes the service provider details if provided.

Parameters

The field includes the Client wallet address and a redirection URL if provided.

Comments

The field defines additional comments added by an Administrator.

Markup fee

The filed shows the Markup fee applied to the exchange request, including fee general details and identification number.

Client identification requests

The field includes all identification requests sent to the Client before the exchange is executed.
