1 - the parameter defines whether a Provider can reissue a Virtual card in plastic.
2 - the parameter can be applied only to Plastic cards.
3 - the parameter defines that every issued card requires a separate account.
4 - the parameter allows the white label to close issued cards manually via the Admin Panel.
5 - the parameter allows the white label to suspend issued cards manually via the Admin Panel.

Transactions
The providers execute transactions in one of the two ways:
Clearing and transaction holds are fully executed by the service provider. Most of the service providers follow this way.
Clearing and transaction holds are executed by the white label according to the information delivered by the service provider; therefore, most of the transactions are to be confirmed on the white label side.
