New Features

Equals Money account linking flow

We are excited to announce a new integration flow for the Equals Money provider that allows existing Equals Money accounts to be connected to Crassula without reopening accounts. Clients who have already completed onboarding and KYC with Equals Money can now be onboarded more quickly, while master and sub-accounts are automatically linked to their existing accounts. The new functionality also includes enhanced validation to prevent duplicate or incorrect account linking, immediate account activation after creation, and improved handling of account status updates and error scenarios.

Fixes

Compliance

Fixed an issue where address data received from Sumsub containing apostrophes or diacritical characters (for example, St. Julian's) could fail system validation, preventing users from editing their profiles. The system now automatically removes unsupported characters during data storage, allowing profile updates to proceed successfully.

Transfers

Resolved an issue where previously downloaded bulk upload templates became outdated after new mandatory transfer fields were introduced. Older CSV templates did not contain the newly required columns, causing validation failures during import. CSV files now import successfully, and the required fields are correctly mapped and included in the transaction payload.
