Crassula Release Week 39-41

core v.26.09.11-26.10.4
client v.26.09.6-26.10.2

New Features

Integrations

Convera integration. Convera is now available as a provider for virtual multi-currency accounts in EUR, GBP, USD, SEK and AED. Accounts are activated instantly and support internal transfers, SWIFT payments and currency exchanges, while other operation types, such as SEPA or local transfers, are currently restricted. To start using it, enable the provider in the system configuration.

Narvi integration. Support for SEPA internal transfers and dynamic bank transfer payments has been added via Narvi. Customers can transfer between Narvi accounts and send outgoing SEPA payments, with automated status tracking and transaction synchronization, plus improved reporting for all Narvi-based transactions.

Transfers

Unlimit VoP: manual confirmation. Name mismatches no longer cause an automatic decline. Users can review and approve or cancel the payment within 72 hours, with a "Confirmation Required" status, a countdown timer, push notifications and email reminders to prevent unintended expiry.

Compliance

SumSub profile import. Existing SumSub verification profiles can be imported into specific regional entities, so customers avoid repeating onboarding: existing data is reused and additional documents are requested only if regional requirements differ. This speeds up account activation across regions.

Security suspensions across legal entities

  • Security-related suspensions, including compliance and KYC reasons, now cascade across all associated legal entities.

  • Affected accounts show a restricted status in the dashboard: outgoing transfers and exchanges are blocked, incoming deposits are still allowed.

  • Lifting a suspension in one entity does not reactivate the others. Each integration must be restored manually.

Accounts

Operations depend on the legal entity

  • Users see only the operations permitted by the legal entity holding their account. Unsupported actions, such as SEPA or currency exchange, are blocked immediately with a clear explanation.

  • Cryptocurrency accounts are now displayed with wallet addresses.

  • New users can open only one account until identity verification is finalized.

  • Activation errors from providers such as Fireblocks are reported accurately.

Improvements

Integrations

ClearBank multi-currency validation. Backend changes completed to support ClearBank's stricter validation, including valid ISO country codes and correct placement of town names in address fields.

Transfers

Outbound SWIFT address length. Outbound SWIFT transactions through the integration provider no longer fail because of address length restrictions. Street address fields of senders and recipients are now truncated to 70 characters. No manual adjustments or configuration changes are needed.

Fixes

Transfers

Three-decimal currencies. KWD, BHD, IQD, JOD, LYD, OMR and TND are now processed with the correct precision through the core provider integration. Amounts were previously undervalued; all new outgoing and incoming payments now show the correct values.

USD SWIFT payments to the United States. Domestic account numbers are now accepted instead of an IBAN. For iFast global bank transfers, IBAN validation is removed for countries that do not use the standard. No additional configuration is required.

Saved templates in dynamic bank transfers. Fixed a validation error during the dry-run phase when selecting a saved template. Templates now pre-fill payment details without interruption. No action or configuration is required.

Dynamic payment forms. Duplicate background requests are no longer sent when fields are updated, which means fewer redundant error messages and less unnecessary network load.

Whitespace in mandatory fields. Inputs consisting only of whitespace are now treated as empty. Users see a validation error and cannot submit forms if required fields, such as recipient name or address, have no meaningful content. Applies to all payment and transfer forms.

Crypto "pay again". The recipient's name is now pre-filled when repeating a crypto transaction from payment history, and all beneficiary details are preserved when extended information settings are enabled. Applied automatically to the web interface.

Integrations & Reliability

Kraken exchange rates. Rate lookups are now more reliable thanks to short-term caching, which helps the system handle provider rate limits and prevents service interruptions during high demand. No action or configuration changes are required.

iFast operational account balances. Balances for operational accounts are now synchronized, including transactions made manually in the provider's portal, which resolves previous discrepancies between the system and the provider.

iFast incoming GBP payments. Bank identifiers are processed more reliably, so transactions are correctly recorded and visible in the administration panel even if the provider supplies inconsistent data labels. No manual action is required.

iFast duplicate accounts. Accounts are no longer listed multiple times in the client profile in the administration panel when the client is also the account holder.

ClearBank EU duplicate transactions. Duplicate incoming transactions are no longer imported for virtual multi-currency accounts; duplicate detection now works as expected. No configuration changes are required.

iFast SWIFT reversals. Reversals are now processed as refunds, with no erroneous incoming commissions and accurate transaction statuses. Incoming SWIFT transfers are also processed faster in real time thanks to improved account matching.

Compliance

Sumsub KYT and incomplete addresses. Transactions for clients with incomplete address information no longer fail in the Sumsub KYT integration, so they do not get stuck in a pending state. Previously affected transactions are reprocessed automatically.

Accounts

Multi-currency accounts in the dropdown. When country-specific provider mapping is enabled, multi-currency accounts are now displayed in the selection dropdown. Available options from the core provider, Railsbank, Banking Circle and Litas follow the configured country settings.

Zand pending accounts. Account logs now show why activation is paused, for example incomplete KYC information such as missing identification documents.

Recurring fees on multi-currency accounts. Fees are now processed correctly, including for ClearBank, when the primary account currency differs from the fee currency. The "Valid From" date is enforced, so billing starts only from the specified activation date, and any accumulated backlog is processed at one billing period per day.

Phone number validation. Regional numbers are no longer incorrectly flagged as invalid or already in use. Feedback now distinguishes numbers incompatible with the selected country from numbers already associated with an account, consistently across all registration flows.

Savings withdrawal form. Validation errors are now shown only after the user attempts to submit the request; the "amount must be greater than zero" message no longer appears when the page opens.

Cards

Swan card withdrawals. Users can now withdraw funds from Swan cards without a primary account assigned, provided the transaction fee is zero. If a fee applies and no primary account is available, a specific error message explains the requirement.

Virtual to plastic card conversion. Fee payment now works accurately across different account currencies, with no more incorrect balance errors when selecting the account that covers the conversion cost.
