Improvements

Card issuing

  • Updated the card reissue process for Decta cards: A new Reissue button is now available in Web Banking Interface for blocked or soon-to-expire cards.

  • Implemented card status management for the Intercash connector, including actions like suspend, activate, unblock, block, check status, and convert to plastic. Sensitive data is now correctly handled and masked in logs.

Transfers

Improved the refund flow for failed card top-ups: In cases where a card top-up fails on the provider’s side and funds are credited, the system will now automatically refund the client and cancel the related transactions.

Verification

SumSub WebSDK 2.0 support is introduced for KYC and KYB verifications. This can be enabled manually by toggling the setting in the SumSub levels according to step 5 of the SumSub migration guide. See Upgrade Notes Week 21 for additional details.

Web and Mobile Banking Interfaces

Enhanced the handling of Purpose and Category Purpose fields for ClearBank CHAPS V5 payments: The selection of a Category Purpose now filters the list of available Purpose values. Field order is also updated and localization is added.


Fixes

Administrative Panel

Fixed an issue with activating Intercash cards from the Admin Panel.

API

Resolved a problem that caused a 500 error when trying to set a newly added email address as default. Proper validation is now in place for the /clients/{clientId}/emails/{id}/mark-as-primary endpoint.

Currency exchange

Updated the currency exchange flow to use the originally requested XECD rate (instead of falling back to ECB), preventing earlier errors caused by mismatched sources.

Referral program

Fixed an issue where referral bonuses did not work for Unlimit provider clients. The functionality now works as expected.

Reports

Added missing Purpose and Category Purpose fields to the CHAPS transfers report form.

Transfers

Resolved an issue with missing payment descriptions for incoming Currencycloud transfers.

Web and Mobile Banking Interfaces

  • Renamed APY to APR in Vaults (savings) to better reflect the fixed-rate calculation method.

  • Improved TFA SMS masking on the Web Banking Interface main login screen: Only the last three digits of the client’s phone number are now shown when entering the TFA code.

Upcoming Updates


New Features

New service provider

We are excited to announce the upcoming launch of the new service provider, Skaleet. The initial implementation will support SWIFT and SEPA payments, real accounts, and multicurrency accounts (currently USD and EUR). Stay tuned for more information in the upcoming product updates.

A new SEPA payment method will be added for the ClearBank EU provider.


Fixes

API

We will be fixing an issue where the fromAccountIban field in API responses for incoming SEPA transfers displays the sender’s IBAN instead of the beneficiary’s IBAN. The field will correctly show the beneficiary’s IBAN in the following methods:

  • GET /api/clients/{clientId}/transactions/{transactionId}

  • GET /api/clients/{clientId}/transactions
